Support the Store Manager in executing responsibilities to deliver an exceptional guest experience and drive profitable top-line sales growth. Assist in building a high-performing team aligned with Newell Brand Values, contribute to onboarding and development, address HR-related situations through performance management, and motivate staff. Focus on delivering an emotionally engaging guest experience through product knowledge and relationship-building, implement company selling strategies, and drive loyalty and KPI achievement. Maintain store appearance and visual standards through plan-o-grams and signage, support inventory management and loss prevention, and ensure safety and policy adherence. This role requires High School completion or GED, retail management experience (2 years preferred), strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with retail software and Microsoft Office, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment with flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
