Job Summary
Independently licensed therapists provide diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consultation in SNF/LTC facilities, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff. They document remotely in Athena I, ensure compliance with agency policies, and support geriatric patients in long-term care settings. Requires WA licensure (LICSW/LMFT/LPC) and a Master’s degree; NPI and Medicaid/Medicare credentialing are a plus. Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree
- Washington licensure as LICSW, LMFT, or LPC
- NPI (National Provider Identifier)
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS
- TB Test
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent written communication
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
