Job Summary
Oversee yacht interior operations to maintain exceptional guest service standards; lead and supervise yacht interior crew, schedule duties, and monitor performance; manage inventory, provisioning, and budgeting for interior supplies and amenities; ensure cabins and guest areas meet luxury presentation and cleanliness expectations; coordinate guest preferences, events, and service delivery throughout each voyage.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience as a yacht interior manager
- Educational background in hospitality management
- Experience working with yacht management software
- Proven experience in UHNW guest-service environments, including serving the owner directly
- Strong background in luxury housekeeping protocols, silver service, and guest preference management
- Hold a valid STCW certification, ENG1 medical certificate, and food safety certification
- Fluency in English
- Availability to work a 6/6 rotation schedule
