Job Summary
Lead the LTW program’s overall implementation and daily operations, ensuring contract deliverables, performance targets, and student outcomes are met; monitor performance with data; provide academic, career readiness, and social-emotional supports; recruit, hire, onboard, and supervise program staff; coach and develop a high-performing team; ensure compliance with agency policies, CBA where applicable, and funder/contract requirements; manage program budget and reporting; collaborate with NYCPS Site Director and community partners to support student engagement, attendance, and retention; perform duties to advance the program and organization.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Education, Public Administration, Social Work or related
- 5 years’ experience in field with minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to plan and carry out assignments independently
- Ability to prioritize, adhere to timelines and multi-task
- Pass clearances, fingerprints, and demonstrate satisfactory health check-up
