Job Summary
Manage revenue headcount tracking and transition requests while supporting the enrichment of lead and account data by maintaining multiple queues for firmographic validation. Serve as the first line of defense for data error or book of business requests, ensuring SLA achievement across global queues from Revenue and GTM Teams. QA data in Xactly & Clari, review enrichment accuracy for customer firmographics, and provide additional capacity on large validation projects. Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional partners to improve the working environment for supported customer teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience using analytical tools, like Excel, to review and analyze large data sets
- A proven track record of independently leading projects from start to finish
- Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient while being adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable wearing multiple hats throughout the day
- Comfortable interacting with revenue team members across multiple time zones and regions, providing timely and comprehensive support
