Job Summary
Manage high-volume retail and campaign production by executing creative briefs, performing colour correction, and maintaining strict file naming conventions. Deliver image generation adhering to client brand standards while utilizing Generative AI tools like Adobe Firefly to ensure cost efficiencies and reduce revision rounds. Collaborate across the Delivery team and Retail Creatives to streamline workflows, escalate timeline risks, and suggest process improvements. Prioritize workloads to meet project deadlines and demonstrate curiosity by testing new AI platforms and upskilling in emerging digital art technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Capture One and InDesign
- Strong retouching capability including colour correction, compositing and image enhancement
- Understanding of high volume retail production workflows eg, ecommerce, retail or campaign work
- Experience with Generative AI tools and platforms such as Adobe Firefly, Nanobanana, Runway, Krea, Seedream, Veo 3 and Kling etc
- Ability to apply AI tools appropriately within approved production environments
- Confident use of a Wacom tablet or other pen tablet device
- Confident with Mac OS operating systems
- Experience with Figma and associated AI plugins
- Strong colour management knowledge
- Understanding of file management systems, version control and naming conventions
- Awareness of print production processes and retail compliance requirements
- Excellent time management skills with ability to manage high volume workloads
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Clear understanding of end to end production processes from shoot through to final artwork
- Relevant tertiary qualification in design or related discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Strong colour management knowledge desirable and willingness to further develop in this area
- Demonstrated interest in emerging technology and developments in generative AI
- Experience with Figma and associated AI plugins highly regarded
