Job Summary
Monitor fuel inventory levels at company-operated and dealer-operated sites, schedule deliveries, and track historical costs across suppliers and regions. Create and process orders for third-party carriers while coordinating with suppliers and customers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries. Proactively identify operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions to resolve data integrity problems and driver-related concerns. Exercise independent judgment to set project priorities, manage equipment availability, and apply specialized logistics knowledge to enhance efficiency. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or six years of experience and proficiency in industry software such as PDI, Telepoint, and Motive.

- 5 years of relevant work experience
- 6-8 years of relevant experience
- equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Analytical skills
- demonstrated proficiency in continuous improvement tools and methodologies
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with industry-specific software, including PDI, Telepoint, Motive, and DTN
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
