Job Summary
Own full-cycle accounting operations for Managed Services clients, leading monthly close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and revenue recognition under established policies. Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and gross margin data while maintaining accounting controls and documentation. Serve as a primary user of client ERP systems and review work of staff accountants and offshore teams. Deliver accurate, timely execution within 90 days, expanding to end-to-end operations for multiple clients within six months. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 4–6 years of progressive experience in SaaS, recurring revenue models, and outsourced accounting environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong monthly close and ERP system experience
