Job Summary
Lead daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflow, service delivery, and achievement of performance targets. Develop and implement operational strategies that improve productivity, quality, turnaround time, and scalability while overseeing teams supporting healthcare data processes and revenue cycle management functions. Use data analysis and reporting to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement, monitoring key performance indicators and taking corrective action when metrics fall below expected thresholds. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align operational plans with business objectives, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and manage escalation issues through root-cause analysis. Coach, mentor, and develop team leaders to strengthen capability and performance. Prepare and present operational updates, dashboards, and recommendations to senior leadership. This senior leadership role is based in Metro Manila and offers opportunities to contribute to meaningful process improvement and organizational success within a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong background in healthcare data operations and revenue cycle management (RCM), including process oversight and performance management.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and driving process improvements.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver results in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance, workflow optimization, and operational governance.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- High level of attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and sound decisionmaking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Information Management, or a related field.
- Experience supporting healthcare payers, providers, or related service operations.
- Advanced degree or professional certification in operations, healthcare management, analytics, or a related discipline.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
- Experience working with large datasets, business intelligence tools, or automation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and implementing sustainable operational solutions.
- Strong financial acumen and familiarity with budget management or cost optimization.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, reporting tools, and operational dashboards.
- Knowledge of healthcare claims, billing, reimbursement, coding, or denial management workflows.
