Job Summary
Collaborate with proposal teams and subject matter experts to translate technical content into clear, visually compelling graphics, including infographics, flowcharts, and schematics, that align with themes, win strategies, and company branding. Create, edit, and manage graphics and proposal documents in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel while ensuring compliance with RFP requirements, style standards, and version control. Incorporate feedback, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and stay updated on design trends to deliver high-quality visual content. This role supports the formulation and submission of proposals in response to solicitations, invitations for bid, and requests for proposal.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in using any graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
