Job Summary
Execute end-to-end implementation of paid media campaigns, performing comprehensive quality assurance reviews before and after launches to ensure configurations, tracking, budgets, and creative assets are accurate. Monitor campaign delivery and performance throughout the lifecycle, proactively identifying issues and implementing optimizations while troubleshooting platform discrepancies to minimize client impact. Maintain accurate documentation and project updates in Asana, collaborating with Paid Search, Social, Analytics, and Strategy teams to align execution with client objectives. Validate data accuracy for reporting and contribute to operational improvements by documenting best practices and refining standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 100% remote work environment
- 3+ years of professional experience in Ad Operations
- demonstrated expertise in executing, monitoring, and optimizing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns
- Proficiency in Google Ads
- Proficiency in Microsoft Advertising (Bing)
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads
- Proficiency in Meta Ads
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets
- ability to analyze and manipulate large data sets
