Job Summary
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for social media, websites, presentations, and events. Create motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, and visual effects while maintaining brand consistency across all assets. Manage projects from concept through final delivery, optimizing videos for various formats, resolutions, and distribution channels. Incorporate music, sound effects, color correction, and audio mixing into final productions. Organize and maintain media assets, project files, and creative libraries. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production and motion design.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator) and Figma
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools and workflows
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
- Experience with color correction, audio editing, and post-production workflows
- Ability to create/adjust 2D motion graphics and animated typography
- Knowledge of video codecs, compression, frame rates, and export settings
- Experience working with various aspect ratios and platform requirements
- Understanding of file management and media organization
- Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software
- Graphic design experience for social media ads
- Familiarity with social media content trends and digital marketing strategies
- 4+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, animation, and design capabilities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Creative thinker with a strong visual eye
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Able to balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about storytelling, design, and emerging media trends
