Job Summary
The X-ray Technologist performs various types of diagnostic X-Ray procedures, adjusting equipment settings, and positioning patients. Responsibilities include reviewing patient charts for information, conducting scans with care, transferring images, coordinating with Radiologist, and maintaining equipment. Must have current ARRT certification and be a graduate of an accredited program, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Two plus years’ experience in X-Ray
- Ability to educate patients on procedures
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, problem solver, team player
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens
- Strong communication skills
- Professional demeanor
