Xpak Operator

Operate the XPack machine by safely starting equipment, engaging the feed, and monitoring area conditions. Inspect and measure completed pieces to verify conformity to customer production standards, adjusting controls as needed to ensure product compliance. Perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks and minor repairs while recording quality and production metrics via written communication. Execute all work adhering to a safety-first mentality and 5S skills, repeating lifts up to 40 lbs with required hearing and eye protection. Requires high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, and English communication ability.
