Xpak Operator

Operate the XPack machine by performing safe, controlled start-ups, engaging feed mechanisms, and monitoring area operations. Inspect and measure completed pieces to verify conformity to customer production standards, while adjusting controls to ensure product compliance. Maintain equipment through assigned preventative maintenance tasks and minor repairs as required. Record quality and production metrics via written communication methods within specified deadlines. Perform all work adhering to a safety-first mentality and utilizing 5S skills. Requires ability to lift up to 40 lbs, basic math and computer skills, and English communication.
