Job Summary
Conduct Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) platform implementations by designing requirements, managing project timelines, budgets, and risks, and resolving client issues. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating solutions via calls and email while training them on new platform features. Provide ongoing support to project teams to ensure documentation remains current and up-to-date. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Maintain deep product knowledge by continuously learning new technologies and adapting to industry changes. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients at all organizational levels.
Required Qualifications
- 5 + years of experience as an Implementation consultant
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions, with the ability to grasp complex software and learn new technologies quickly
- Strong foundational knowledge in data analytics and interpretation
- Experience in establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients at all levels of an organization
- Prior experience working with international clients
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- a master's degree is preferred
- Knowledge of Survey Programming tools like Decipher and Confirmit shall be an advantage
- Certification or deep experience with the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform is highly desirable
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience
- Robust problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and a detail-oriented mindset
- Agility in learning and adapting to new technologies and changes in a rapidly evolving industry
- Solid track record in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
