Xformative - Client Project Manager

Lead end-to-end implementation of new client programs, managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies from project initiation through successful go-live. Serve as the primary liaison with client stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and operational requirements, then assess alignment between needs and system capabilities to identify gaps. Translate these gaps into actionable workstreams, coordinating with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to initiate and track necessary development and operational changes. Drive cross-functional coordination across internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution while managing program setup, configuration, and workflow validation. Coordinate onboarding activities with external partners, including sponsor banks and fulfillment vendors, ensuring completion of required documentation and approvals. Track and communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders, proactively addressing issues to ensure all readiness criteria are met prior to go-live. Support the transition to ongoing operations, ensuring a smooth handoff to Operations Support and Relationship Management teams while maintaining organized project documentation.
