Job Summary
Conduct door-to-door canvassing in an assigned area to promote and sell XFINITY Residential products and services. Demonstrate extensive product knowledge by evaluating customer needs, recommending solutions, and framing competitive responses to winbacks. Establish relationships and meet sales targets through direct sales to individual customers and multiple dwelling units. Work nights, weekends, and variable schedules including overtime as necessary, maintaining regular attendance and exercising independent judgment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2-5 Years
- Ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions
- Must meet the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to, the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions
- Where applicable, obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
