Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in compliance with company policies, and facilitate quick device swaps and password resets. Fulfill on-demand deliveries and BAPIS pickups, staging orders accurately and identifying upsell opportunities for accessories. Maintain store cleanliness, inspect back-of-house inventory, and ensure counters and walkways remain functional and accessible.
