Job Summary
Activate new devices and BYOD to the network, guiding customers through tablet setup and connectivity options while supporting wearable device pairing. Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues, assist with account security and lost device recovery, and perform in-depth diagnostics to identify and fix problems. Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in compliance with company policies, and facilitate quick device swaps and equipment returns. Fulfill on-demand deliveries and BAPIS pickups, staging orders accurately and identifying opportunities to upsell accessories. Maintain visual standards, inspect back-of-house inventory, and ensure counters and walkways remain clean and accessible. Adjust to a full-time, flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a base pay of $15.00 and eligibility for commission.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a full time, flexible, variable work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary (open availability required)
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes
- Ability to stand and move about the store constantly
- Understand and follow the Comcast Operating Principles
