Job Summary
Activate new devices and BYOD to the network, guiding customers through tablet setup, wearable pairing, and connectivity options. Troubleshoot complex device or service issues, manage escalations, and assist with account security, lost device recovery, and access navigation. Perform diagnostics to resolve connectivity problems, process returns, and handle warranty claims while ensuring counters and inventory remain clean and accessible. Fulfill on-demand deliveries and BAPIS pickups, staging orders accurately and identifying upsell opportunities for accessories. Maintain visual standards, support store resets, and facilitate quick equipment swaps to ensure operational readiness.
