Job Summary
Xfinity Retail Service Associate supports the store team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers and teammates, keeping the floor clean and accessible, guiding customers to a sales consultant, handling non-sales transactions (returns, in-store pickup), demonstrating Xfinity technology, assisting with post-sale onboarding for Xfinity Mobile (data transfers, account setup), and supporting inventory and merchandising. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, teamwork, and basic store operations with attention to accuracy, professionalism, and adaptability.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 0-2 years related experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and work nights/weekends as needed
