Retail Service Associate for Xfinity Mobile focused on activating new devices and BYOD, educating customers, troubleshooting, and handling escalations. Serve as a go-to technical and operational resource for mobile activations, device setup (tablets, wearables), SIM/eSIM configuration, and account security, while supporting on-demand deliveries, BAPIS pickups, and upsell opportunities for accessories. Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise placement, and smooth customer handoffs; assist with warranty claims, returns, and customer education to ensure a confident, excited customer experience. Demonstrates strong technology enthusiasm, customer-focused communication, teamwork, and adherence to store policies and operations.
