Job Summary
Activate new devices and BYOD to the network while guiding customers through tablet setup and wearable connectivity. Troubleshoot complex device or service issues, assist with account security and lost device recovery, and perform in-depth diagnostics to resolve problems. Support SIM or eSIM activation, process returns and exchanges, and fulfill on-demand deliveries and BAPIS pickups. Maintain clean store environments, ensure proper merchandising, and facilitate quick device swaps. Operate as a go-to technical resource for mobile activations, education, and escalations to ensure customers leave confident and excited about Comcast products.
