Job Summary
Activate new devices and BYOD to the network, guiding customers through tablet setup, wearable pairing, and connectivity options. Troubleshoot complex device or service issues, assist with account security and lost device recovery, and perform in-depth diagnostics to resolve problems. Support customers with contact transfers, password resets, SIM/eSIM activation, and returns or exchanges in compliance with policies. Fulfill on-demand deliveries and BAPIS pickups while staging orders and identifying upsell opportunities for accessories. Maintain clean store environments, inspect back-of-house inventory, and ensure counters and walkways are accessible.
