Activate new devices and BYOD to the network while guiding customers through tablet setup and wearable pairing. Troubleshoot complex device or service issues, manage escalations, and perform in-depth diagnostics to resolve connectivity problems. Assist with account security, SIM/eSIM activation, password resets, and warranty claims. Fulfill on-demand deliveries and BAPIS pickups, staging orders accurately and identifying upsell opportunities. Maintain store cleanliness, inspect inventory, and ensure counters and walkways are accessible. Process equipment returns and facilitate quick device swaps in compliance with policies.
