Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm by demonstrating product features, interpreting account statements, and processing service requests while meeting sales targets. Provide expert-level support on current and new services, handle general service requests, and act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge including competitive information and adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a professional store environment. Adjust to a flexible schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
