Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence. Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay bills in the store. Answer questions on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Maintain expert-level understanding of technology and Comcast products, with detailed sales product knowledge and competitive information. Contribute to a fun, competitive environment and adhere to retail policies to maintain a professional store experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Regular, consistent attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to stand and move about the store
- Adjusting to a full time, flexible, variable work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Education High School Diploma / GED (Required)
