Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm by demonstrating product features, answering service questions, and processing account changes and bill payments. Meet or exceed sales targets through diligent follow-up, while acting as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and interpret account statements. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information, and adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a consistent store environment. Adjust to a flexible work schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary, while lifting 25-pound boxes and moving constantly throughout the store.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
