Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating product features and providing tailored solutions to meet or exceed sales targets. Facilitate comprehensive onboarding for new customers and collaborate with customer care to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Listen to customer needs, ensuring they understand product usage while adhering to retail operational policies to maintain a professional store environment. Participate in team huddles and complete required training to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and sales skills. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary.
