Job Summary
Retail Sales Consultant role in Comcast Xfinity store. Responsibilities include engaging customers, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance shopping experience, providing outstanding customer service, meeting or exceeding sales targets, interpreting account statements, processing service requests, upgrading services, and acting as brand ambassador with expert-level understanding of Comcast products. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to adjust to a full-time, flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, regular attendance, and ability to lift 25 pounds; on-the-floor in-store duties with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales. Compensation includes base pay of $21.30/hour plus targeted commission with uncapped earnings potential, and comprehensive benefits.
