Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining Comcast/Xfinity product features to enhance their shopping experience; provide outstanding customer service with all interactions; meet or exceed sales targets and drive customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence; assist customers with interpreting account statements, paying bills in-store, and making changes to service plans; act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products; maintain expert-level understanding of technology and products, including competitive information; keep detailed sales product knowledge and contribute to a fun, competitive store environment; adhere to retail policies to maintain a professional store environment; leverage on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth in a role with uncapped earnings potential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 2-5 Years Relevant Work Experience
