Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm by demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding service during all interactions, meeting or exceeding sales targets through diligent follow-up. Assist customers in interpreting account statements, paying bills, and processing general service requests while clarifying questions on current or new services. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and maintain detailed sales knowledge including competitive information. Adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a consistent and professional store environment. Requires a high school diploma, flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, and the ability to lift 25-pound boxes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
