Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions, meeting or exceeding sales targets through diligent follow-up and service excellence. Help customers interpret account statements, pay bills, answer service questions, and process general service requests while acting as a brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity products. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information, and adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a consistent store environment. Adjust to a flexible work schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary, while lifting 25-pound boxes and moving around the store constantly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
