Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm by demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions, meeting or exceeding sales targets through diligent follow-up. Help customers interpret account statements, clarify bills, and process general service requests while acting as a brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity products. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge including competitive information and adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a consistent store environment. Adjust to a full-time, variable work schedule covering days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a full time, variable work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary (open availability required)
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes
- Ability to stand and move about the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
