Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating product features and explaining services to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions, meeting sales targets through diligent follow-up and service excellence. Assist customers in interpreting account statements, paying bills, and processing general service requests while clarifying current or new offerings. Act as a brand ambassador promoting Comcast/Xfinity products with expert-level knowledge of technology and competitive information. Maintain detailed product knowledge and adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a consistent, professional store environment. Adjust to a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary, while lifting 25-pound boxes and moving around the store constantly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
