Job Summary
Engage customers to showcase and sell Comcast/Xfinity products, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering an outstanding retail experience. Responsibilities include demonstrating product features, listening to customer needs to provide tailored solutions, onboarding new customers, and resolving issues with moderate supervision. Maintain schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays; participate in team huddles; complete required training; and uphold store policies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Strong emphasis on customer-focused service, product knowledge, and collaboration with customer care to address concerns.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 Years relevant work experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
