Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm by demonstrating product features, explaining current and new services, and clarifying account statements and bills. Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions, answer questions, process general service requests, and assist with account data changes or service upgrades. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining detailed product knowledge, including competitive information, and act as a brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity. Adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a consistent, professional store environment. Adjust to a flexible work schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary, while maintaining regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
