Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating product features and explaining services to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions, helping clients interpret account statements, pay bills, and process general service requests. Meet or exceed sales targets while acting as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and upgrade service levels. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information, and adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a consistent store environment. Adjust to a flexible schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary, while lifting 25-pound boxes and moving around the store constantly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
