Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm in-store, demonstrate and explain product features to enhance the shopping experience, provide outstanding customer service, and meet or exceed sales targets. Assist customers with interpreting account statements and paying bills in the store, answer questions on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products, maintain expert-level product knowledge, contribute to a fun and competitive environment, and adhere to retail policies to deliver a consistent store experience. The role emphasizes understanding and communicating technology, delivering effective customer interactions, and collaborating with the team to drive results.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Regular attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes
- Flexibility to evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
