Job Summary
Assist and consult customers on Xfinity products and services by demonstrating capabilities, evaluating needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Achieve sales and customer experience goals while performing comprehensive onboarding activities to ensure customers understand product management. Resolve customer issues by partnering with customer care and complete training requirements through active team huddles. Comply with operational policies and maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Carry up to 25-pound boxes and stand constantly throughout the store.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2-5 Years
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s) and overtime as needed
- Must be able to carry and lift up to 25 pound boxes, stand and move about the store constantly
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
