Job Summary
Engage customers in-store with enthusiasm, demonstrate and explain product features to enhance their shopping experience, and provide outstanding customer service. Meet or exceed sales targets, assist customers with account statements and bill payments in-store, answer questions about services, upgrade levels, and process general service requests. Serve as a brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity, maintain expert knowledge of products, stay informed on competitive information, and contribute to a fun, results-driven team environment. Adhere to retail policies to maintain a professional store presence, participate in on-the-job training and benefit programs, and leverage a compensation plan that includes base pay plus uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 2-5 Years of retail/sales experience
- Ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
