Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm by demonstrating product features, answering questions on current and new services, and processing general service requests. Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions while helping customers interpret account statements and pay bills in the store. Meet or exceed sales targets through diligent follow-up and service excellence, acting as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge including competitive information and adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a professional store environment. Adjust to a flexible work schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary while lifting 25-pound boxes and moving around the store constantly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
