Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating product features to enhance their shopping experience while providing outstanding service for all interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets through diligent follow-up, helping customers interpret account statements, pay bills, and process general service requests. Answer questions on current or new services, make account data changes, upgrade service levels, and act as a brand ambassador promoting Comcast/Xfinity products. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge including competitive information and adhere to retail operational policies. Adjust to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while lifting 25-pound boxes and moving around the store constantly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 Years
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes
- Ability to move around the store constantly
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
