Job Summary
Engage customers in-store with energy and product knowledge to drive sales for Comcast Xfinity. Demonstrate features, provide standout customer service, and meet or exceed sales targets while assisting customers with account statements, bill payments, and service upgrades. Act as a brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity, maintain product expertise, support a collaborative, results-driven environment, and adapt to a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 Years of relevant work experience in sales/retail
- Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer-focused skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Desire to learn and promote technology products
