Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience while answering questions about current or new services. Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions, helping customers interpret account statements, pay bills, and process general service requests. Meet or exceed sales targets by acting as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and maintaining detailed sales product knowledge including competitive information. Adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a consistent professional environment, adjusting to a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
