Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm by demonstrating product features, answering service questions, and processing account changes. Provide expert-level support by helping clients interpret statements, pay bills, and upgrade service levels while maintaining detailed sales knowledge. Deliver outstanding customer service through diligent follow-up and brand ambassadorship to promote Comcast products. Adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a professional store environment. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
