Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm by demonstrating product features, interpreting account statements, and processing service requests. Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions while meeting or exceeding sales targets through diligent follow-up. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and maintain detailed sales knowledge including competitive information. Adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a consistent store environment. Adjust to a flexible work schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
