Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience while providing outstanding service for all interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets through diligent follow-up and service excellence, helping customers interpret account statements, pay bills, and process general service requests. Answer questions on current or new services, make changes to account data, and upgrade service levels. Act as a brand ambassador promoting Comcast/Xfinity products by maintaining detailed sales knowledge and competitive information. Adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a consistent, professional store environment. Adjust to a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
