Job Summary
Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating product features and explaining services to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions, helping clients interpret account statements, pay bills, and process general service requests. Answer questions about current or new services, make account changes, and upgrade service levels while acting as a brand ambassador. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information, and adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a consistent store environment. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary; requires lifting 25-pound boxes and moving around the store constantly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
- 2-5 Years
